Common actions

Confirm a pending booking

If your business uses Require Approval mode, new bookings land as Pending Approval. Click the booking row → Confirm to accept it. The customer gets a confirmation email immediately.

Mark a booking as done

After the appointment, click the booking → Mark as Done. This moves the booking out of your upcoming view and into your historical records (used for revenue reporting).

Cancel a booking

Click the booking → Cancel. You’ll be asked for a reason (visible only to your team, not the customer). The customer is notified by email.

Mark a no-show

Click the booking → No Show. Useful for tracking unreliable customers — your customer list shows total no-shows per person.

Filtering

Use the filter bar at the top to narrow down bookings by:
  • Status (Confirmed, Pending, Done, etc.)
  • Date range (today, this week, custom range)
  • Service
  • Customer name or phone

Each booking row shows

  • Customer name + phone (click to view their full history)
  • Service and scheduled time (in your local timezone)
  • Payment amount + payment status (if applicable)
  • Quick action buttons (Confirm / Cancel / Done / No Show)

Notifications

Customers receive automatic emails for:
  • Booking received (immediately on submission)
  • Booking confirmed (when status moves to Confirmed)
  • Daily reminder (the day before their appointment)
  • Cancellation (when you cancel their booking)
You can disable specific notification types in Settings → Notifications (coming soon).

Quick tip: use the calendar view

For a visual overview, use the Calendar instead — same data, but laid out as a day/week/month grid.
