Creating your account

  1. Go to appointflow.online/register.
  2. Enter your business name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers).
  3. Click Create Account.
We immediately send a 6-digit verification code to your email.

Verifying your email

You’ll be redirected to a verification page. Enter the 6-digit code from your email and click Verify.
The code expires after 15 minutes. If it expires, click Resend code on the verification page.
You cannot access the admin dashboard until your email is verified — this protects against fake accounts and is required for password reset to work.

Didn’t get the code?

  • Check your spam folder — emails from no-reply@appointflow.online sometimes land there.
  • Wait 30 seconds before resending — too many requests in a short window will rate-limit you.
  • Double-check the email — typos in the email field will silently send to nowhere. If you typed it wrong, register again with the correct email.

After verification

You’re automatically logged in and redirected to /admin to start the onboarding checklist.
