AppointFlow offers three subscription tiers. Pricing is set by the platform and can change — check /admin/subscription for current prices.

The three tiers

Free

₱0/monthThe starting tier. Public booking works, but only in Approval mode — no online payment, no deposits.

Payment Plan

₱299/month (default)Adds PayMongo and Maya integrations. Required if you want to accept online payments or deposits.

AI Assistant

₱799/month (default)Everything in Payment Plan + AI-powered Messenger/Instagram bot that books customers automatically.
Prices shown are platform defaults. The Super Admin can configure different prices per market or promotional period — your actual price is shown in /admin/subscription and on the checkout page.

The 30-day free trial

Every new business automatically gets a 30-day free trial of the Payment Plan tier, starting the day you create your account.
  • No credit card required to start the trial.
  • During the trial, you have full access to PayMongo, Maya, and all Payment Plan features.
  • At the end of the trial, you can subscribe (to keep features) or downgrade to Free (with reduced features).

Subscribing

When you’re ready to subscribe:
  1. Go to /admin/subscription.
  2. Click Subscribe on your chosen tier.
  3. You’ll be redirected to PayMongo’s hosted checkout to pay the first month.
  4. After payment succeeds, your subscription is active immediately.
Billing renews monthly on the same calendar day. We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your monthly renewal payment fails:
  1. You receive an email immediately.
  2. Your subscription enters Past Due for 3 days — features still work, but a banner appears in your admin dashboard.
  3. After 3 days without payment, the subscription is Suspended:
    • Your admin dashboard still works (so you can fix billing).
    • Your public booking page is disabled — customers see a “temporarily unavailable” message.
  4. Once you resolve billing, your booking page is restored within minutes.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in /admin/subscriptionCancel Subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to the Free tier. You won’t be charged again. Historical data (bookings, customers, etc.) is preserved even on the Free tier.

Tax & invoicing

Invoices are auto-generated after each successful payment and available in /admin/settings/billing. Click any invoice to download a PDF.
